Tea Cosies and Blustery Days

Hey Guys,

Hope you all had a lovely weekend and a not too miserable Monday!

Today’s blog post features this camel wrap coat and this cosy bobble hat!

This is the Pretty Little Thing Veronica wrap coat, which comes in a variety of colors, suitable for all year round. I wore this tan mini skirts also from PLT, paired with the ribbed roll neck from Primark. On my feet were these amazingly comfy ankle boots, with gold buckles, which I picked up for £18, in Primark. I’ve been living in these since I got them.

My favourite item was this tea cosy bobble hat. £3 from Primark, it pretty much goes with anything! Absolute bargain, and I think it’s really cute for winter!

Until next time,

Mademoiselle Prive

Hey guys,

Just a quick write up for today’s blog post.
As you may have seen on my Instagram or Twitter, I went to the Mademoiselle Prive exhibition, down at the Saatchi Gallery last Friday. It ended Sunday 1st November so I knew I had to get down there quickly! The queue it self was around 90 minutes and absolutely crazy! But once inside it was completely worth the wait. A really beautiful collection, my favourite was The Sensory Room which showcased all the different materials and swatches the house of Chanel uses: silks and tweeds and projector animations.

Overall, a beautiful exhibition and it gave you a sneak preview into how Chanel started; from it’s humble beginnings to the powerhouse it is now.

Enjoy the pictures,

Coat: Missguided

Top: Primark

Skirt: Missguided

Boots: ASOS

Hey guys,

Happy Sunday!
Today’s blog post features this amazing new coat that I bought from Missguided. Now the Missguided AW15 collection has been crazy! I literally want everything on the website…but enough about that! This is the Longline Faux Shearling in black and is also available in tan. I’ve only had it a few days but I’ve been living in it! I’ve had so many positive comments about it! It’s warm, cosy and so fashionable… Possibly a favourite buy of the season…

For this OOTD, I wore a ribbed roll neck from Primark and a scuba mini skirt from Missguided. To finish it off, I wore my thigh highs from ASOS which you have probably seen before now. I love this ootd and felt oh so chic!

Hope you like this outfit readers and enjoy the rest of your Sunday,

Molton Brown Gift Set

Hey guys,
So today’s blog is all about this Molton Brown gift set that I got from my Mum as a birthday present.

It contains a bright pink wash bag with 8 different miniature bottles of body gel and body lotion it includes a range of scents including the gorgeous Ylang Ylang, Pink Pepperpod and Orange Bergamot. Now anyone who has used Molton Brown in the past, will know how gorgeous they smell and how beautifully soft and scented they make your skin feel. You only need a little to create huge bubbles in your bath or to lather your skin. My favourite has to be the Pink Pepperpod; it smells absolutely dreamy! Molton Brown describes it as pink pepperpod mixed with ginger and a base note of patchouli. I also got a free sample of the new Tobacco scent which smells absolutely amazing! It’s a real deep masculine scent which smells incredible and I would really recommend it! Overall this was a wonderful birthday present and thank you Mum for indulging me!

You’ll have to excuse me for now readers, as I’m off to take a bubble bath!

Until next time,

Hello AW15!

Co-ord: Boohoo
Boots: ASOS
Coat: Pretty Little Thing

Hey guys,
So I’m back and ready to start (not quite from scratch but you know what I mean).

This is my first AW blog post of 2015 and it features this amazing co-ord from boohoo.com. Now this was the first Boohoo order I’ve made so I was nervous but excited to receive this. It’s a knitted 2 piece featuring a side slit v neck jumper and knitted flares and is in a camel colour. I really love this 2 piece, not just because it’s warm and knitted (and perfect for the winter weather) but also because as you guys would know, I love camel! Camel camel camel! The colour is beautiful, the texture is gorgeous and I just really love it! It’s cosy & warm and still so so fashionable! It’s also perfect for the seventies boho trend that is currently seen everywhere.

I teamed it with my camel coat from Pretty Little Thing and these AMAZING suede boots from ASOS, which I bought the beginning of the year. They are extremely high but are so so perfect and go with almost everything!
I hope you like this outfit and all links are clickable below.

Have a wonderful Sunday night and week,

Hey guys,

So some of you may have noticed that in recent weeks my website has been absent. I have had some MAJOR issues with it and after talking to both WordPress and my domain host…my old content is now RIP. I have been very upset about it, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done (or so I’m told).

Anyway, those who kept up to date would have known exactly what I had to offer. So, I’m now going to try again and whilst I’m not actually starting from scratch, I will be uploading brand new posts and building my content up once again.

You can still view all my old content here: https://www.bloglovin.com/blogs/cest-la-vieve-12784221

Thanks to those of you that have mentioned it to me and here goes nothing!
